Fair Marketing Policy

Last updated on 04/05/2026

This Fair Marketing Policy applies to marketing, advertising, sales, public communications and promotional activity conducted by or on behalf of Bliskasoft Corp.

It applies to employees, contractors, agencies, affiliates, consultants, partners and any other persons involved in preparing, approving, publishing or distributing Bliskasoft-related communications.

‍

1. Marketing Standard

Bliskasoft-related marketing must be truthful, clear, fair and capable of being verified.

Marketing must not mislead clients, prospects, partners or the public about Bliskasoft’s role, capabilities, service limitations, expected results, third-party relationships, pricing or conditions.

‍

2. High-Risk Claims

Additional care is required for materials discussing:

  • payment process continuity or payment infrastructure;
  • KYC management, compliance support or financial documentation;
  • communication with banks or payment-related partners;
  • advertising networks, affiliate programs or campaign results;
  • data-driven marketing, ROI, engagement or growth metrics;
  • U.S. market entry, local representation or client-facing operations.

Marketing must not suggest guaranteed bank approval, regulatory clearance, uninterrupted payments, advertiser approval, affiliate network success, revenue growth, user engagement or any specific market outcome.

‍

3. Evidence and Context

Factual claims, case examples, performance statements, statistics, comparisons and testimonials must be accurate, current and supported before publication.

Information must not be presented out of context or in a way that creates a misleading impression.

‍

4. Service Terms and Limitations

Where marketing materials mention pricing, scope, timelines, assumptions, dependencies or limitations, those details must be presented clearly.

Important conditions must not be hidden, minimized or positioned in a way that makes the overall message misleading.

‍

5. Competitor References

Bliskasoft competes through quality, reliability and compliance-focused execution.

Marketing must not include false, misleading, unfair or disparaging statements about competitors, their clients, services, financial position, technology, regulatory status, reputation or personnel.

Comparisons may be used only where they are accurate, balanced, relevant and supported by evidence.

‍

6. Client References and Endorsements

Client names, logos, reviews, testimonials, endorsements, case studies or performance examples may be used only with proper authorization.

Marketing must not imply endorsement by a client, bank, advertising network, affiliate program, regulator, platform or other third party unless that endorsement is approved and factually accurate.

‍

7. Marketing Data

Personal data used for marketing must be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Anyone handling marketing data must:

  • respect consent and opt-out requirements;
  • use data only for approved purposes;
  • protect campaign data and contact lists;
  • follow platform and audience restrictions;
  • avoid unlawful or discriminatory targeting;
  • avoid unauthorized disclosure, sale or reuse of data.

‍

8. Review and External Parties

Website copy, ads, email campaigns, sales materials, social media posts, case studies, public statements and promotional materials must follow the applicable internal review process.

Agencies, affiliates, consultants and other third parties acting for Bliskasoft must follow this Policy. They must not make guarantees, commitments, endorsements or public statements on Bliskasoft’s behalf unless authorized in writing.

‍

9. Reporting and Consequences

Concerns about misleading claims, unsupported statements, unapproved materials, unfair competitor references or misuse of marketing data should be reported to Compliance, Legal or another appropriate internal contact.

Violations may lead to correction or removal of materials, campaign suspension, disciplinary action, termination of cooperation or legal action.
